How do I combine PDF files in Microsoft Office?

The purpose of a PDF its to provide a secure document that can be viewed by anyone with a reader without having the application that created it. Therefore, PDFs are not designed to be editable. Your best bet is to go back to the original document that was used to create the PDF and edit that. If you don’t have that document, you may not have the right to edit it. You can try opening the PDF in Word, but there is no guarantee that will work.

PDF documents can be cumbersome to edit, especially when you need to change the text or sign a form. However, working with PDFs is made beyond-easy and highly productive with the right tool.

How to Rearrange PDF Pages with minimal effort on your side:

  1. Add the document you want to edit — choose any convenient way to do so.
  2. Type, replace, or delete text anywhere in your PDF.
  3. Improve your text’s clarity by annotating it: add sticky notes, comments, or text blogs; black out or highlight the text.
  4. Add fillable fields (name, date, signature, formulas, etc.) to collect information or signatures from the receiving parties quickly.
  5. Assign each field to a specific recipient and set the filling order as you Rearrange PDF Pages.
  6. Prevent third parties from claiming credit for your document by adding a watermark.
  7. Password-protect your PDF with sensitive information.
  8. Notarize documents online or submit your reports.
  9. Save the completed document in any format you need.

Rearrange PDF Pages: All You Need to Know

John R. 1.  Open your PDF file using a text editor like Notepad.  2.  Open up the PDF document (as above), and press CTRL+SHIFT+I. 5.  The following window should pop up asking if you want to use the print version or your PDF.  This option should be checked, and the Print Options should be checked by default. 6.  If the Print Options box is grayed out, click More Options “, make sure that the “Use these settings in a print document” is unchecked, and press Save. 7.  Once saved, the Print Options should be set to “Printer: A4”, choose a printer. 8.  Now you are ready to convert your PDF document to HTML.  This can be done in several ways, but I have found the best and easiest way is by using the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader. There are several tutorials on how to convert PDF files and make them into the free.
